BodyAge Assessments
Our BodyAge Fitness Assessment is a quick and easy way to get focused on the areas where you need to improve and address these concerns by developing a successful plan of action. Receive customized programs and detailed reports, along with specific recommendations to help you reach your goals faster!

What is the BodyAge Assessment?
A Personal Trainer will take you through a series of fitness tests (i.e. aerobic capacity, blood pressure, body composition, strength and flexibility) and our system generates results for each area tested and gives you a ranking compared to other people of your gender and age bracket nationally. It's a helpful gauge to answer the timeless, ultimate question of "How am I doing?" when it comes to your health and fitness!
Your Personal Trainer will review the results with you, create customized programs, and help you develop a successful plan of action. These custom programs and reports are yours to take with you so you are able to focus on the areas you need to improve upon. It is recommended to re-test 8 to 12 weeks later in order to effectively measure your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your training or nutrition.
