Boxing Fitness Classes - Woodbury, MN

Feel Stronger.  Feel De-stressed.  Feel Empowered!  These non-combative, co-ed, circuit-style boxing classes are instructed by a certified Boxing Fitness Trainer, and are guaranteed to deliver a fast punching, hard hitting cardiovascular boxing workout!  Learn the fundamentals of boxing including: Boxing Stance; 4 basic Punches (left jab, right cross, hooks, uppercuts); Defense (slipping, ducking/weaving, blocking); and Footwork.

Each boxing class is semi-private and limited only to 5 participants, with each person progressing at their own rate. Classes are 50 minutes in duration and accommodate all fitness levels.  This is a 5-week enrollment program, with classes meeting once per week for 5 weeks.  (Single classes may also be purchased in classes which are not full.)  Equipment includes: Heavy Bag, Reflex Bags, Speed Bag, Focus Mitts, and Jump Ropes.  This boxing class format is truly unique to the Woodbury, St. Paul and surrounding areas of Minnesota!
