Our  experienced Personal Trainers deliver exceptional results.

We specialize in training our clients for weight loss, muscle toning, functional strength, sport conditioning, and overall health & wellness.  Your workouts are designed around your goals and needs, allowing us to customize a fitness program that will get you the results you want.  Whether you plan to do all your workouts with us, or have a program designed that you can follow on your own, we can accommodate you.  Also, your personal trainer will perform fitness testing, help you establish realistic goals, and will teach you the proper exercise techniques to ensure that you reach your goals safely and effectively. 

Our 4 personal trainers have over 40 years of combined experience, and although our backgrounds vary, we all share these common training philosophies and methods:

  1. •  Core Conditioning.  All human movement originates from the body's "core" and thus our training programs emphasize development and strengthening of these key abdominal & low back muscle groups.

  1. •  Functional Training.  Rather than training people to be bodybuilders by piecing together various isolation exercises, we train the body using integrated movements that effectively condition the body as one complete functioning unit.  This style of training focuses on training movements in all three planes of motion, emphasizing a combination of strength, balance, and stabilization.  The outcome of this style of training is a better functioning body, in addition to a more natural development of muscle strength and tone, without building excessive bulk.

  1. •  Equipment.  In keeping with our Functional Training paradigm, we do not use isolation "machines" to train the body.  Instead, your body is the "machine" that we teach you to use properly!  In doing so, we utilize such training equipment as: stability balls, free weights, cables, balance boards, medicine balls, stability discs, BOSU balls, rubber tubing, and your own bodyweight to design workouts that are fun and effective. 

  1. •  Progression.  Our goal is to start you at a workout intensity level that is appropriate to your current level of conditioning.  From there, we will systematically increase the intensity of your workouts, either by applying higher levels of resistance or by making exercises more functionally complex.  It is this progression of challenge that yields significant improvements in fitness levels over time.

Personal Training Packages and Monthly Programs at discounted rates

We offer several pricing options for our personal training services, with package rates ranging from $72-$82/hour session and $42-$48/half hour session.  You may purchase single sessions or multi-session packages.  Or, you can choose a 3, 6, or 12-month program and take advantage of discounted rates and convenient monthly auto-payments!  You choose your training frequency of 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month and  the session format of 30 or 60 minutes!  With so many options available, your trainer will outline the plans that would best fit your needs during your free consultation.
