The Running Club Program Overview

The Running Club offers you the optimal combination of professional guidance and group camaraderie to keep you on track with your running!  There are 2 scheduled group runs per week: one longer, continuous run; and one shorter, interval or tempo-style run where you will have timed segment goals.  The groups will run at various nearby trails, tracks, and indoor facilities.  Depending on your current level and specific goals, the RCC (Running Club Coach) will tailor your specific runs to meet your needs.  In addition to the scheduled group runs, you will also be provided with a personalized weekly running calendar so you know what to do on the other days of the week!  Other benefits of the program include an ongoing 10% discount on all single massage sessions and on various running performance-enhancing nutritional products offered at the studio. 

Membership cost: $59/month with a 6-month commitment.

  

 

Running Club Coach - Dan Delahunt

Dan Delahunt has an extensive career as both a running coach, and as a competitive runner himself.  He competed throughout college, coached collegiate and high school track and cross-country, and has run countless 5k's, 10k's and marathon races.  In addition to his running focus, Dan is also a Personal Trainer and is a licensed Chiropractor in the state of Illinois.
