It is a proven fact that conditioning is the foundation for any great athlete. Aside from one's natural ability, it is the conditioning of each athlete that will determine his or her ultimate potential. It is our goal to condition the athlete to be able to perform at their highest level while minimizing their risk for injury.
Our sport conditioning program is designed to help athletes of all sports and various levels - from junior high to professional. Rather than working with large groups of athletes at once, we operate on a 1-on-1 format in order to optimally meet each athlete's specific needs, goals, and limitations. This ensures the highest level of personal attention as well as rate of progression.
Because of our 1-on-1 private training format, we have much flexibility for arranging training appointment times that best meet the athlete's schedule. Additionally, we staff 3 Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) or Performance Enhancement Specialists (PES) who are specifically trained and experienced in conditioning athletes - Nathan Hartwig, CSCS; Rebecca Christenson, CSCS; Ben Bruno, PES.
