Nathan Hartwig is the owner of Premier Fitness Studio and has been a professional Personal Trainer for the past 17 years.  He has exceptional knowledge in the fields of weight loss, muscle toning & conditioning, and sports performance training.  In addition, he received his B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas, and is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Certified Boxing Fitness Trainer (Boxing Fitness Institute), and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA).  Nathan has successfully worked with people of all ages and fitness levels, and is eager to offer his knowledge, experience, and passion to help you reach your health and fitness goals!

Rachel Larson has over 10 years of experience as a fitness and nutrition professional.  She is a Registered & Licensed Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Boxing Fitness Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Pilates Instructor,  and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.  Her vast nutrition and fitness background sets her apart as an all-in-one health and wellness trainer and coach.  Additionally, Rachel also has a B.A. degree in nutrition and corporate fitness from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.  Her personable, energetic and genuine style will make you feel comfortable as well as safe in your training.  You are sure to get an effective and interesting workout every time!

Rebecca Sarafolean is a Massage Therapist with over 6 years of experience in treating clients with a variety of needs, including general wellness & relaxation, athletes, auto accident victims, and chiropractic patients. She uses her experience to treat chronic neck and back pain, sport injuries, headaches, pulled or strained muscles, reduced range of motion in joints, TMJ, and general tension.
