‘I started training at Premier Fitness Studio in the summer of 2017. After answering a few brief questions, Nate paired me with Alice for my free introductory session. I was immediately excited to begin training. The introductory session was unlike any other free introductory sessions I have had. Instead of having me walk on a treadmill for several minutes while the trainer explained the different equipment available, Alice put me through a real workout where she assessed my strengths and weaknesses regardless of the fact that I had not purchased any sessions beyond this point.  Since that point I have been going twice a week for half hour sessions. Each week brings something new and I have never been bored with repetitiveness. The small studio is non intimidating, and I am always met with a smile from the other trainers and clients.  In just a few months of training my strength has drastically improved.
